The Pearl P1002 Double Bass ProStock Power Shifter drum pedal shares most of the features of Pearl's top-of-the-line Eliminator pedal, but at a price suited for the budget-minded player.

The P1002 PowerShifter ProStock drum pedal is equipped with a "True Round Cam System" for smooth linear well-balanced feel. It comes with a single chain that is factory installed, but a belt and belt guide are included for conversion to belt drive if desired. Simply remove the chain, install the belt guide and belt and the ProStock converts to a belt drive pedal it's like getting two pedals for the price of one.

The P1002 double bass drum pedal uses the same footboard as the Eliminator except finished in silver. Pearl's exclusive reversible Traction Plate provides just the right amount of grip/slip where your foot contacts the footboard. For additional traction control, the Traction Grip dots can be removed as needed to customize the amount of traction to match your personal playing style. Rust proof stainless steel bolts are used to fasten the Traction Plate to the footboard for years of dependable service.

The Pearl P1002 double bass pedal features the same Floating Spring Pendulum and infinitely adjustable beater angle system used on the Eliminator. It provides super smooth operation and precise beater angle positioning. Pearl's patented PowerShifter function, patented hoop clamping system, adjustable footboard height, and patented Quad Beaters are also featured on PowerShifter ProStock pedals.
